June - August $525 for three nights minimum $975 for seven nights Each additional night $175 September - May $450 for three nights minimum $800 for seven nights Each additional night $150 Refundable Damage Deposit A refundable damage deposit of $250 per stay is required in advance on all reservations. Reservation Deposit Payment of half of the rental charge is required in advance on all reservations. Reserving Your Dates Once we have confirmed the availability of the dates you desire, simply send us an email message confirming that you will send two checks; one for the Reservation Deposit and one for the Damage Deposit; on the next business day and we will put a hold on your dates. When we receive both checks, we will send you an email message confirming your reservation and receipt of partial payment. The second half of the rental charge is due thirty days prior to your arrival. Please note that the driveway to the cabin is steep. All wheel drive is recommended although not essential in good weather. Out of consideration for our
other guests, we ask that there be no smoking in the cabin and that
you leave your pets at home, please.

About the owners Joe Giambalvo retired from the Santa Fe Opera as Director of Information Technology; having worked there since moving to New Mexico with his wife Barbara 21 years ago. He is now a freelance information technology specialist. Barbara Miller is a retired Special Educator, having worked as teacher and administrator at Brush Ranch School in Pecos Canyon for many years and most recently as Head Special Education teacher at a charter school in Santa Fe. Barbara and Joe have enjoyed building and furnishing the cabin as a retreat for family and friends. |
